Can my landlord
evict me without notice?

If that is the question you typed, this is the page for it. Plain answers, a fixed fee where we can give one, and a first call that costs nothing.

How we help

Named by the problem, not the practice area.

Most people do not search for "landlord and tenant law". They search for what is happening to them. These are the pages that answer.

Questions

Before you ring.

Is the first call really free?

Yes, twenty minutes, and nobody will try to sign you up on it. If we cannot help we will say so and, where we can, point you somewhere that can.

What is a conflict check?

Before we take any detail from you we check whether we already act for the person on the other side. It takes a few minutes and it protects both of you.

Can you give me a fixed fee?

On most of the matters listed above, yes. Where the work genuinely cannot be scoped in advance we will tell you that rather than quote a figure we will have to revise.

How quickly do you reply?

Same working day for enquiries received before 4pm. If your matter has a deadline, say so in the form and we will prioritise it.

Is anything I write in the form confidential?

Yes. It reaches only the two solicitors named on this page, and it is not used for marketing.

Next step

Tell us what happened.

Three fields. We read it, run a conflict check, and call you back the same working day.
