Sample site. Northgate Systems is fictional. Nothing here is a real client, price or result.

will ask for a number.
Here it is.

Scheduling software for operations teams of 50 to 500. The one-pager is open, the technical detail is public, and the pricing model is on this page.

Three things. Routed to the right person, not a queue.

Who reads this: one of three named people on the sales team. No sequence, no drip campaign.

What we fix

Named by the problem, not the module.

Your product roadmap calls it Resource Allocation. The person searching calls it something else. These are their words.

We schedule engineers in a spreadsheet

Who is where, who is qualified, who is already booked. Four people maintain it and it is still wrong.

Jobs get double booked

Two teams dispatched to the same site because the sheet was open in two windows.

Nobody can tell me utilisation

Not by team, not by month, not without someone building it by hand first.

Overtime is a surprise

You find out what it cost after the month closed rather than while it is happening.

Compliance certificates lapse

Nobody notices until an engineer is turned away at the gate.

Our last system was abandoned

Because it needed eight fields per job and the crews stopped filling them in.

How we price

Per seat, per month, annually.

No hidden implementation surprise. The rollout is quoted once, up front, and it does not move unless you change the scope.

Core, per scheduled user, per month$34
Core, per view-only user$9
Implementation, 50 to 150 users$12,000 one off
Implementation, 150 to 500 users$26,000 one off
Data migration from your current systemIncluded
Support, business hoursIncluded

Annual billing only, because monthly churn pricing makes us behave badly. If you are under 50 users we are probably the wrong fit and we will say so on the first call.

Proof

At your size, in your sector.

Three anonymised write-ups, approved by the clients, with the problem and what changed. No numbers we cannot stand behind.

Questions

Before the first call.

Why is the one-pager not behind a form?

Because the person researching us cannot give you their work email on day one, and the document does its job by circulating inside your company where we have no access.

How long does implementation actually take?

Six to ten weeks depending on how clean your current data is. We quote it once and it does not move unless you change the scope.

Can we see the security answers before we talk?

Yes, the whole answer set is public on the technical page, including data location and sub-processors. The questionnaire usually comes back with most boxes already ticked.

What if we are smaller than 50 users?

We will tell you on the first call that we are the wrong fit, and name two alternatives. The pricing does not work below that and pretending otherwise wastes both of us.

Who do we deal with after we sign?

The same delivery lead from the first call through go-live. Not a handover to an account team you have not met.

Next step

Twenty minutes, no deck.

Tell us what you are scheduling today and what breaks. We will say whether we fit.
