Most stores do not have a traffic problem. They have a problem somewhere between the product page and the payment screen, and nobody has looked at exactly where. We find it, fix it, and show you the before and after in revenue rather than in sessions.
Free store review first. If your checkout is already fine, we will tell you that.
A shopper almost never lands on your homepage. They arrive on a product, from search or an ad or a friend's link, and every step after that is a chance to lose them.
No menu browsing, no brand story. One product, cold. If the page cannot sell on its own, nothing else on the site gets a chance.
Size, fit, material, dimensions, compatibility. Whatever makes this purchase risky for them. The answer is usually buried in a tab nobody opens, or missing.
When it arrives, what shipping costs, and what happens if it is wrong. Finding out at the payment screen instead is the single most expensive moment on most stores.
Forced account creation, a shipping cost that appears for the first time, or a payment method they do not use. Any one of them ends it.
Every change we make has to show up in completed orders. That is the only number we report against.
Pick by how much of the buying journey you want handled, not by product count. Prices below are per project, with platform fees and apps billed separately at cost.
Already have a store that mostly works? We also do a fixed-price checkout repair instead of a rebuild. Ask about it on the call.
We built a full sample store so you can walk the product page, the cart and the checkout before you talk to anyone. It is a fictional brand, so nothing on it is a real product, a real review or a real price.
Traffic reports make everyone feel busy and tell you nothing about whether the work paid for itself. We report on four things, before and after, and we record the before figures in writing on day one so neither of us can move the goalposts later.
Add to cart rate. What share of people who see a product page want it. This is a product page question, and it is where most of the easy wins are.
Checkout completion. What share of started checkouts finish. If this is low, the problem is almost always a cost or a step that appeared too late.
Revenue per session. The one number that moves only when something genuinely improved, because it cannot be flattered by cheap traffic.
Repeat purchase rate. Slower to move and worth more than the rest put together. We track it from the start even though it takes months to read.
If these do not move, we will say so rather than send you a report about impressions.
We do not install fake urgency. No countdown timers that reset, no "only two left" when there are four hundred, no invented numbers of people viewing. They work briefly and they cost you the customers who notice.
We do not write reviews. Anything in quotation marks on your store will be a real buyer. We will build the flow that asks them properly instead.
We do not hide costs to improve a number. Shipping and taxes appear early, which lowers add to cart and raises completed orders. The second one is the one that pays you.
We do not lock you in. Domain, store account, payment gateway and analytics are yours from day one. You can leave on a Friday and be elsewhere by Monday.
We do not recommend a rebuild when a repair will do. If your store is three fixes from working, we will quote the three fixes.
Shopify for most stores, and we will say so even though a custom build earns us more. It handles payments, tax, shipping and security that you would otherwise pay us to rebuild badly. Custom makes sense when your catalogue or your operations genuinely do not fit, and we will tell you plainly which side of that line you are on.
No. We draft from your existing descriptions, supplier information and one conversation, then you correct it. For a large catalogue we do the bulk pass with an agent and a person reviews every page before it goes live. You will never find a product description on your store that nobody read.
Products, customers, orders and URLs come across, and the old URLs redirect so you do not lose the search rankings you already have. We run the new store in parallel and switch over outside your busy hours. Nothing is deleted until you have confirmed the new one is right.
We audit them. On most stores we find apps nobody uses that are still loading their scripts on every page, which costs you money twice, once in the subscription and once in speed. You decide what goes. We just make the list.
Yes. Products, collections, prices, discounts and the homepage are all editable without a developer. We show your team how in one session and leave a one-page guide. Nobody should be paying an agency to change a price.
You do. The domain is registered to your company, the Shopify account and payment gateway are in your name, you are the owner on Analytics, and the admin account is yours. We are happy to manage all of it. Managing it and owning it are different things.
Tell us what you sell, where you think you are losing people, and what your current store is doing badly. We will tell you whether we can help and roughly what it would cost. If the answer is that you do not need us, that is a short and useful call.
