Websites for salons

Instagram gets
them looking.
It will not
take the booking.

A grid full of beautiful colour work and a bio link to a form that asks nine questions. That is where most salons lose the client, usually at nine on a Thursday evening while they are deciding about Saturday.

How clients actually choose

Four minutes,
on a sofa.

Almost nobody reads a salon website. They look, they check two things, and they try to book. The order is always the same and it is not the order most salon sites are built in.

Finds you on a phone Books, or moves on 01 The lookThey arrive with a picture02 Who does itStylist, level, availability03 What it costsPrice by level, not from04 Book itOr they ring somewhere else Most salon sites answer the first question and leave the other three to a phone call nobody makes.
What someone settles before they book a salon appointment
01

They look at the work

Seconds 0 to 30

Not the salon interior. The hair. They are looking for someone with their hair type who has done the thing they want, and they will decide about you before they read a word.

02

They look for the price of their exact service

Seconds 30 to 120

Not "colour from". Balayage, long hair, with a toner and a blow dry. A salon that shows a real range wins the client from a salon that says "prices on consultation".

03

They look for a stylist

Seconds 120 to 180

Clients book a person, not a premises. A site with named stylists, their work and their level gets booked more often than a site with a team photo and no names.

04

They try to book, at an hour you are shut

Seconds 180 to 240

Most salon enquiries arrive in the evening. If booking means ringing you tomorrow, a good share of those clients will have booked elsewhere by tomorrow.

What you get

Built around
the chair.

Every page has the same job: turn someone scrolling in the evening into a name in tomorrow's column.

Price menu by stylist level, visible before anyone calls New booking Confirm Your gallery, your clients
Gallery that loads fast
Your own work, compressed properly, grouped by service so a client looking for balayage sees balayage.
Full price menu
Every service, by stylist level, with the add-ons priced separately so nobody is surprised at the till.
Stylist profiles
Name, level, what they specialise in, and their own work, with a book-with-them button on each.
Booking that works at 9pm
Connected to the booking system you already use, or a three-field request form if you would rather call back.
Deposits and cancellations
Your policy written plainly, shown before booking, so the awkward conversation happens on screen and not in person.
Patch test notice
Built into the colour booking flow with the 48-hour requirement stated, so new colour clients arrive already tested.
Bridal and occasion
A separate enquiry path for the high-value bookings that need a trial, a date and a conversation.
Google Business setup
Profile claimed, hours synced including late nights, and a review link ready to send after an appointment.
Found in "near me"
Name, address and phone consistent everywhere, plus the schema that tells Google you are a hair salon.
Everything in your name
Domain, hosting, analytics and admin login registered to the salon, not to us.
The page that earns its keep

Your price
menu.

This is the most-read page on nearly every salon site we have built, and the one most salons leave as a PDF nobody opens on a phone. We build it as a real page, laid out by stylist level, editable by your front desk when prices change.

Longer or thicker hair priced on consultation is fine. "All prices on consultation" is what costs you the booking.

Happy with your current site? We also quote a fixed-price repair instead of a rebuild. Ask on the call.

Click through a full sample salon site before you speak to anyone: the gallery, the price menu, the stylist pages and the booking flow. It is a fictional salon, so none of the prices or people on it are real.

What we do not do

Worth saying
out loud.

Questions we get

Before you
ask us.

My Instagram brings me all my clients. Do I even need a site?

If you are fully booked, no, and we will tell you that on the call. If you want clients who are not already following you, then yes, because nobody finds a new salon by searching Instagram. They search Google, they land on a website, and the ones who land on nothing go to whoever has one.

Do I have to publish my prices?

You do not have to, and we will build it either way. But a client comparing three salons at nine in the evening will almost always rule out the one that shows nothing, and the enquiries you do get will be from people shopping on price, which is the opposite of what the policy was meant to achieve.

Prices change. Can my front desk update them?

Yes, and this is the part worth insisting on with any agency. The price menu, opening hours, holiday notices and stylist changes are all editable without a developer. We show your team how in one short session and leave a one-page guide by the till.

Will it work with my booking system?

In almost every case, yes. We connect to what you already use rather than replacing it, so your columns, client history and deposits stay exactly where they are. If your platform has no way to connect, we build a request form that lands in your inbox and tell you plainly that is what we are doing.

What about patch tests and consultations?

Built into the colour booking flow. The 48-hour requirement is stated before the client picks a slot, with a prompt to come in for the test, so fewer people turn up on the day expecting colour you cannot legally do.

Who owns everything when we finish?

You do. The domain is registered to the salon with your email as the admin contact, the hosting account is in your name, you are the owner on Analytics and Search Console, and the site admin login is yours. We are glad to manage all of it. Managing it and owning it are different things.

Next step

Twenty minutes,
no pitch.

Tell us what your salon does, which services you want more of, and what your current site or bio link is doing badly. We will tell you whether we can help and roughly what it would cost. If the answer is that you do not need us, that is a short and useful call.
