Most people choose a dentist on a phone, in under four minutes, from a list of three. We build the site that wins that four minutes, and the booking form that catches them before they close the tab.
Free site review first. If your current site is fine, we will tell you that.
It rarely looks like a considered decision. Someone wakes at eleven with a throbbing molar, searches, and opens the first three results in tabs. What happens next decides who gets the appointment.
Opening hours, an emergency number, and how far away you are. If they cannot find all three without scrolling, they go back to the tabs.
Root canal, crown, implant, aligners. A page that names the treatment in the words the patient used beats a page that says "comprehensive dental care".
Not an exact quote. A starting figure, a payment plan, an insurance list. Practices that show nothing lose patients to practices that show a range.
This is where most practice sites lose them: a nine-field form, or a phone number at eleven at night with nobody to answer it.
Every page on the site has one job: move a nervous person one step closer to sitting in your chair.
Pick by how much of the patient journey you want handled, not by page count. Prices below are per project, with hosting and domain billed separately at cost.
Already have a site you like? We also do a fixed-price repair instead of a rebuild. Ask about it on the call.
We built a full sample practice site so you can click through the booking flow, the treatment pages and the fee section before you talk to anyone. It is a fictional practice, so nothing on it is a real patient or a real price.
We do not write fake reviews or testimonials. The gallery and the quotes on your site will be your real patients, with their consent, or they will not be there.
We do not promise a position in Google. Anyone who does is guessing. We do the work that makes ranking possible and report what actually happens.
We do not lock you in. Domain, hosting and logins are registered to the practice from day one. You can leave on a Friday and be elsewhere by Monday.
We do not recommend a rebuild when a repair will do. If your site is three fixes away from working, we will quote the three fixes.
No. We draft everything from one conversation with you and whatever you already have, then you correct it. Most practice owners spend about two hours on the whole project, nearly all of it on the first call and the final read-through.
We build the gallery with a consent record attached to each case, so you can show your work without worrying about which patient agreed to what. You decide what goes up. We will not publish a case without written consent on file.
Yes, and this is the part most practices regret skipping. Hours, holiday notices, a new team member and price changes are all editable without a developer. We show your team how in one short session and leave them a one-page guide.
Often not. A rebuild throws away rankings and links you have already earned. We will look at what you have first and tell you whether three or four fixes would get you most of the benefit for a fraction of the cost. We publish that advice on our blog too, including the cases where a rebuild genuinely is the right call.
You do. The domain is registered to the practice with your email as the admin contact, the hosting account is in your name, you are the owner on Analytics and Search Console, and the site admin account is yours. We are happy to manage all of it. Managing it and owning it are different things.
On the Essentials and Practice packages they sit in your inbox until morning, same as now. On Growth we set up an after-hours responder that acknowledges the enquiry, answers what it can from material you approved, and offers two appointment times. It never quotes a price and it says plainly that it is automated. A person reads every overnight conversation the next morning.
Tell us what your practice does, what you want more of, and what your current site is doing badly. We will tell you whether we can help and roughly what it would cost. If the answer is that you do not need us, that is a short and useful call.
